01 orders & delivery
How fast do I get my key? +

Almost always instant. Once payment clears, your key and activation instructions land in your inbox — most orders arrive in under five minutes, even outside business hours.

What if I don't receive my key? +

Check your spam folder first — it happens more than you'd think. If it's genuinely missing after 15 minutes, message us with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you, no back and forth.

Can I buy more than one key at a time? +

Yes. Add multiple licenses to your cart in a single order — useful if you're setting up a few machines or a small office at once.

How do I activate my key? +

Every order includes step-by-step activation instructions for your specific product. It's usually a two-minute process through Microsoft's own activation screen — no third-party tools required.

My key won't activate. What now? +

Message support with your order number and the exact error you're seeing. Most cases are solved in one reply — wrong edition selected, region setting, or an activation server hiccup on Microsoft's end.

Do keys work on any region or country? +

Yes, unless the product page states otherwise. Our default listings activate globally — region-locked exceptions are always called out clearly before you buy.
